I just terrified my 6 year old niece using about a minute of dialogue and my series 6 box set of Doctor Who.

I’ve got the edition with the Silence on the front you see; 

As I was on Skype with her she saw it in the background and asked what it was. I explained it in depth to her and she started to look a bit scared. 
She then said ‘But it’s ok because they’re not real are they?’
I realise now that as she is only 6 and easily scared I should have said yes and let that be the end of it. But I didn’t. Because i’m a horrible person. So I said;
‘Well, they may actually be real, because you wouldn’t remember if you’d seen one would you? There may be one in your room with you RIGHT NOW but you wouldn’t even know…’
She then proceeded to run out the room screaming and after a minute or two I heard her mum shout,
‘FOR GOD’S SAKE AMY! WHAT DID YOU SAY THIS TIME?!’

If being evil is so wrong, why does it feel so good?
